Rhodes Enterprises is proud to announce the addition of a Paid Family Leave Policy to their already competitive and comprehensive staff benefits and total rewards program. The new policy will allow staff members who are designated as primary care givers, to be eligible for at least two weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child. An eligible employee may qualify for up to 6 weeks of paid leave based on their cumulative tenure with the organization.

The Rhodes Paid Family Leave Policy, which went into effect on April 1, 2022, may be used in combination with accrued time off and voluntary short- or long-term disability insurance policies made available through Rhodes. In addition, staff will continue to accrue and be eligible for benefits during their leave under this policy, because the organization will continue to pay company paid benefit premiums. Unpaid leave may also be taken in accordance with the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) of 1993.
