ML Rhodes

In 1998 ML Rhodes LTD acquired 10,000 acres in Hidalgo County.
- 2,700 acres in North McAllen at the intersection of Ware Road and Monte Cristo
- 2,500 acres in South Mission at the entrance of Bentsen State Park
- 2,000 acres south of Donna on Military Hwy
- 2,800 acres of smaller farms scattered throughout Hidalgo County.
The larger tracts now fall within master-planned communities being developed by Rhodes Enterprises, Inc. Farming has been a major source of income for MLRhodes LTD during the early development years.
